BTL Housings was contracted to complete extensive groundwork, which included laying foundations and diverting four manholes. The project involved installing a boxing beam to create an open-plan kitchen layout, in addition to constructing traditional block and brick walls. We added a GRP (glass-reinforced plastic) roof to the garage, which was converted into a small flat. Furthermore, we installed tiled pitched roofing on the house's front and rear to achieve a cohesive appearance.
